DIY LIFE

If your like me than you love fashion, you love clothes, you love shopping, but you hate those high prices. Let me be the first to tell you that I'm a HUGE bargain shopper! My favorite is when I find great prices on an item and then take it home to personalize it my way.
I've got a couple ideas that I wanted to share with the rest of the world.
Please feel free to leave comments, questions, or suggestions.

You have got to admit that your mind started thinking about other cool patterns and ways to rock your own style, I know I am!

Pick Up a Pair of Flats similar to these, they don't have to be TOMS or even VANS, I got my shoes from Five Below for  $5. For glue you may use any type of Fabric Glue or Modge Podge. However, to protect you work I would consider waterproofing your work. If you shop at Michael's be sure to print off a 40% off coupon!

Are you into that "Rock Your Own Kinda Style"?
Then give this a try. If you're timid, try it out on a old pair that you've been debating tossing, or pick up a pair from a second hand store. No need to bleach those $120 Silver jeans.
Tip: I soaked my jeans in cool water first to help the beach seep further. However you do it it'll surely be unique and you're own! So easy to rock with a black top.

I would like to give a Personal Shout Out to Amanda. Her tutorial for dying jeans is phenomenal and I have used this method time and time again.

This is by far one of my all time favorite DIY's. Don't you dare limit yourself to just pants, try it on a pair of shorts!
Girl, You Are Going to Look Fabulous!
